i want Mag Cells! i changed the date to various holidays,no rappies! i only have the offline version...

You need to have the correct time, as according to Sega's servers, to even go online.

The holiday rappies will appear every year-round though, right? So when Halloween and Christmas come again they will show up. (I want Mag Cells too - now that I'm online!)

Know one knows if they'll come back. And no, changing the times won't do anything, since it's done server side.

And as for Halloween Rappies, that arn't replacements to the rare rappies. They were NPCs in the Halloween event quest.

They give you a lantern in exchange for 8 different types of Cake (which you got in a quest).
