Don't know if anyone posted this yet but http://bumped.org/psublog/ some of the stuff explained in detail that we are getting.
[spoiler-box]The new classes are coming Mid-September!

New Class: Fighter (ファイター)
To unlock this class you must be level 30 in Hunter
They excel at lightweight weapons.
Double Sabers (Gear)
Twin Dagger (Gear Unknown)
Knuckle (Gear)
Gunslash
Any other weapons they can equip at this point are unknown.


New Class: Gunner (ガンナー)
To unlock this class you must be level 30 in Ranger
It has a class skill called “Chain Trigger” that boosts damage
Twin Machine Gun (Gear)
Gunslash
Any other weapons they can equip at this point are unknown.


New Class: Techer (テクター)
To unlock this class you must be level 30 in Force
This class is intended for you to battle on the front-lines.
They have access to wind, light, and dark technics.
Any other technics are unknown.
Wand (Gear)
Gunslash
Any other weapons they can equip at this point are unknown.


Knuckles
Knuckles can be used by Fighters, any other classes are unknown at this point.
They have a “Heat Gauge” type gear that increases and decreases.
(I think Heat Gauge is just a fancy way of saying it fills up and depletes whether it is on its own or through damage, like Sword Gear.)
Their extra action icon is original, different from the shield icon.
Drill Knuckle/Nacht weapon will be distributed in the Premium Package.


Double Saber
Double sabers can be used by Fighters, any other classes are unknown at this point.
They have a “Stock” type gear. (The Gear Gauge stays in place until you consume it like Partisans?)
Their extra action icon is original, different from the shield icon.
Kronos Scythe/Nacht weapon will be distributed in the Premium Package.


Twin Dagger
Twin Daggers can be used by Fighters, any other classes are unknown at this point.
Gear and extra action details are unknown.
Bloody Art /Nacht will be distributed in the Premium Package.
The 朧 (Oboro) weapon to be distributed in some way.


Twin Machine Guns
Twin Machine guns can be used by Gunners, any other classes are unknown at this point.
Twin Machine Guns have a “Heat Gauge” type gear.
When you use gear, your attack power increases.
When you receive damage, the gear decreases.
Extra action icon is original, different from the back palette icon.
H10MissouriT/Nacht will be distributed in the Premium Package.
Banshee’s Roar weapons to be distributed in some way.


Wands
Wands can be used by Techers, any other classes are unknown at this point
Wands even have “Heat Gauge” type gear, but their effects are unknown.
They have a back palette icon, it seems to be similar to Rods.
Windmill/Nacht will be distributed in the Premium Package.
Regalia weapon to be distributed in some way.


Each new weapon category will have 5 bonus weapons distributed as an item code through some means. The list is incomplete but note the nacht versions are coming out, you can get these by purchasing the Premium Package.

I assume all the PA's on Fighter will be fast and have multiple hits, maybe even added hits with their gears built up. Who knows...

But they can't be slow big attacks alone like most of the hunter weapon's PAs.

Well I guess they could... if they execute quickly or something... I dunno. But even spear has a move like speed rain that multiple attacks over one big move...

What am I rambling about...

Only sword really has slow or high damage attacks. Then there's heavenly fall. Pretty much everything else is a flurry.

I'd stil call all of wiredlances moves giant attack grapples thingies...

Partizan is more balanced.

Dagger better be like 234324234234 ninja slashes of death and throwing dagger shuriken boomerang thingies and dashing back n forth across the field n stuff and floating in the air doing kingdom hearts combos!

If you can manage to flip the table, there is a small chance that the table will land on the can, thereby crushing it.

-hint given by SEGA-
1. front line -> I guess wand will be closed range attack.
2. heat gear -> Similar to sword, if you could keep attacking non-stop, your gear will not deplete.

So I image that techer will be something like this.

-A kind of frontal combat with melee attack using wand to charge up heat gauge, similar to how Hu did.

-After the gauge is charge to lv 3. (max), all of your normal tech will become "full charge tech". So basically it will allow techer to spam full charge tech without charge in the condition of having the heat gauge level instead.

-The play style probably be somewhat like "keep doing normal attack to charge up heat gear, and then when the gear is max, keep spaming tech until PP depleted, then continue to attack again to refill PP while also stabilize heat gear.

In brief, it will look similar to how current sword users play, but use tech lv max instead of PA lv max.

I hope the damage output on the daggers are worth it. Otherwise I will still be playing hunter mostly. I kinda think the double sabers are going to be trash though. I may be wrong about it but I just got this feeling. (hope i'm wrong about it though)

Well it already has tornado dance...

Anyway even if fists are utterly garbage or extremely over-powered and overused or if they're only JUST good enough for me to get away with using nothing BUT them...

I'll be using them 90% of the time no matter what.

What I hope knuckles get are a dempsey roll,a superman punch(with rocket boost or w/e)and well......reasonable looking PAs.

Daggers and Double Sabers have had terrible PAs in the past so i'm not too hopeful for those two.

Fairly sure double sabers had 1 good PA everyone used in PSU. I forgot what was called though. Tornado Dance though had 2 uses, one of them being useful til it was nerfed.

I didn't like any double saber pa's from psu. I actually liked a few of the knuckle pa's, but wasn't a fan of getting up that close. PSO2 dodge and block system should let me truly enjoy knuckles and daggers. If they have some decent pa's.

I think the knuckle will probably become best Dps weapon for fighter. Simply because of heat gear. I really like that.

Double saber probably is a way to travel faster without the annoying dash.

Dash may be annoying but it doesn't cost pp to use ;-)

one of my suggestion in survey is to have PP cost on all dash.

2 PP per dash for HU.
4 PP per dash for RA.
5 PP per dash for FO.

just to prevent people from mindless dashing when monster approaching, instead of timing it. (well, they still can spam, but it will cost their PP so it will reduce their offensive if they did)

FO dashes cancel whatever charges they are holding (and the PP are wasted) so they already hating doing that anyway.

So they want to gimp Solo Hunters more, i guess.

I find it highly annoying as a hunter that the playstyle is run up to enemy, take a swing, possibly miss due to the enemy already moving or only getting one hit in due to enemy moving, start over...

Dodge does not seem to be a problem for me. It is fine as it is now. In/Un-challenging enemies are.

Because I already lose PP when I dash. 99% of the time I had a tech charging before I had to dash. Thats PP down the drain. You can't release the shot then dash because then you will get hit.

PP usage for mirage escape is a horrible idea.
