Question about requirement for weapon and gear on level 40

By looking at the data, I have count that cast female RA at 40 could not equip both 458/457 weapon/gear(458 r-atk req/457 r-def req). because the character stats at 40 was like 378/378 (r-atk/r-def )?
even with a mag with pure Range support which I count that was something like 80/70. you will still have to put 3 points sp in range-def tree...
and I'm quite sure you can not level a pure range support mag...

Can someone point out my mistake or verified this for me please?

It's true, you're not guaranted to be able to equip anything for your class at level 40.

That's because the game will not end at level 40. ;)
