You're right, it's a Kris/Keris dagger.

OT: It looks great but I question its quality around the hilt area. It looks like it was either a re-imagining or the smith tried to get as close as possible to the original design.The Scabbard is also questionable as the Kris never really used a Full iron scabbard. Lol Also, my mother doesn't trust me with anything that has a blade. She's even afraid of the pocket knife I carry around on a daily basis.

Yeah it's a kris barely anyone at my school knows what that is. XD But yeah it looks nice.

No, that's not a kris - a kris has a curved handle and doesn't have a crossguard.
