techniques usage ?

i find few disks and i used them and it said i learn some techniques

and so i find them in menu

but there is no way i can put it anywhere and when i choose subpalette they become inactive

so like what i need special weapon or if im not force i wont be able to use them at all ?

You can't use techs at all unless you're the force class, you can learn some techs early because of your t-atk stat goes up when you level up so you can have a head start and a good number of techs to use when you switch over to the class.
