My client says it is version 1.02.07 Isn't this the newest patch? I downloaded the patched client but it continues to try patching, yet nothing shows up in the documents SEGA folder. Any tips? I can't seem to get it to work :/ I tried the VPN and still got the 103 error.

That is the newest version of the launcher, not the game client.

The update of the client itself actually downloads to the game directory itself. If you go to the game girectory, just look for the .pat files.

This update was pretty large anyway, one of the files that it updated was 107MB. So all you really can do is keep trying.
