View Full Version : Is this site worth the webspace?

Hey there!

The other day, I had to make a project for school about how the Internet has influenced society. I couldn't think of a better way to present such a project than making a website. The website I made can be found here (http://members.shaw.ca/chris_dekker/Internet%20Site/Intro.html). I am only paying for 70 MB of webspace right now, so I don't want to waste it on things I shouldn't. My question for you guys is "Should I keep this mini site up?" If most of you say yes, and I keep the site up, I'll meta tag it, buy/find a short URL, and all that.

well if u have 2 pay monthly for it i wouldnt because well i dont feel like paying ne1 nething im 2 lazy lol.

You are paying... for that?

There are much better things to waste money on than webspace describing the Internet. If you use this webspace for only this, then by all means, take it down and save some money.

I would have to say take it down. No one is probably going to visit it, and you would be wasting money. I would only keep it if you are going to change the site to something else.

No no! I don't pay directly for the site. I am forced to pay for 70MB of webspace as part of my ISP's monthly fees. Sorry for being unclear on that. And Pixelate, I love that font. Well, try vary your typeface choices a bit. Having every single header with the same typeface can get tiring to look at.

Not much, more when I make Flash buttons and stuff. I have to "hand it in" soon, so I gotta get to that!
