Hi All,

A friend of mine has downloaded game, set up password, sega id stuff and after pressing the log in button he has to down load a ~7300 file update he then gets this message:

And after pressing the button under message the ~7300 file download starts again.

Any help would be greatly appreicated

The dialog box in the screenshot says "Canceled" and the button underneath it says "Return".
