im on soul of a blacksmith and trying to get blue mineral on NORMAL but cannot find blue mineral and yes i am checking caves3

Well, this information is in the guide that I already posted a link to... but anyway, there is only one way you can get a rare from soul of a blacksmith. You have to get the blue mineral on ultimate difficulty. Any other difficulty and it'll give you a crap weapon (listed in the guide i linked to).
