S rank spears

I am a level 80 HuCAST and I been searching for S rank spears forever. Every time I get an S rank weapon, it's either Crimson or Artemis. I want S rank spears. What missions should I do?

(Mobile character limit) Also what level monsters stop level 20 technics, preferable the Megid, Diga, and Grant variants?

I'd say try hunting a Mugunruk, it drops at the end boxes of Polar Rumblings, Burning Snow and Mine Defense on A rank.

Grant and Damgrants discs drop in Neudiaz areas.
Diga type techs drop mostly in Moatoob areas, aside from the Ice Cave areas.
Megid techs drop all over the place, for example Megid itself drops from the Moatoob jungle area and Parum's Metro area.

It will be a while before you get level 20 discs, you gotta fight monsters in areas that have a level range of 100-124, and even then you can only get up to 21 at max. Monster level ranges of 125-150 will have a better chance of dropping Tech discs that are over 20.
