Bogga Danga at level 21?

i've seen a video on youtube where a female char. was using a bogga danga. what amazed me is that the cartwheel part had rainbow colored glitter all over. my version has only the red one. is it the lvl 21 version? if it is, where can I farm for it?

You only need it at level 11+ to do the 3 hit combo with it and its red at 11+ too since thats probably the PSU version you looked at which is 21+ for pink, just go defeat mobs on B rank and pray that they will drop one or find it in the weapon/pa shop on sale at 11+.

awwe! so even if my bogga danga is level 21, the effects would still be the same? man, what a bummer! the first time I saw that rainbow glitter, i was like "me WANT!" my bogga danga is lvl 15 btw
