I recently threw together a few quick images in MS Paint in order to help my team members with navigating the PSO2 Team windows. For those of you who are playing the Japanese version and are choosing not to use the English patch (good on you!) I hope this can be of some help!
Admittedly, I don't know all of the details about absolutely everything regarding the new PSO2 team features, just yet, and these translations are quite loose, because my Japanese is far from fluent. If I made any serious errors, please feel free to let me know and I will make sure to correct the issue! Thanks!

~ A Few Team FAQs ~
Q: I've turned in a Team Client Order, and now it's greyed out. What gives?
A: Team Client Orders ("TOs" for short) essentially act as daily Client Orders. Once you have turned in a TO, you will not be able to repeat that same TO for 24 hours from the time which you turned in the order.
Q: Your image guide mentions 'the most TP I can earn in a week'. Explain?
A: Each team member can only earn a total of 3000 TP in a single week. This is to encourage all team members to contribute and work together to earn TP. It's a team -- it involves teamwork!
Q: What are Team Points used for?
A: As of writing this, I know that TP are used by the Team Master and Managers (Officers) to level up the Team itself and unlock new features, functions, and benefits for the entire team, such as access to the Team Room (which can be accessed via the Quick Menu, beneath "Go to MyRoom"). It has not yet been confirmed if TP is also used for other features, such as "watering" the Photon Tree within your team's room.
Q: What do the Team Rankings do?
A: From what I have read and personally gathered, every 30 days (the 26th to the 26th of a month) rewards are given to the top 20 teams in two categories: total Team Points accumulated, and Rare Items obtained. It is clear that being ranked during each month period will award teams with "Arks Trophies" for the Team Room, and potentially other bonuses. Theoretically, these could involve bonus TP, Team Room themes, functions, and so on. We'll just have to wait and see!
