Ok first off with the PSP System becoming less popular by the day here in America well there ever be an US release of PSP2 Infinity?

My next Question is if I were to purchase a Japanese import of PSP2 Infinity will I be able to play using my previous US PSP2 Data?

Nope, it was never mentioned, and at this point, I don't think it'll ever come over.
