Is there a guide on making tHe character speak more? Or do u use ac?

Err, if you mean your own character's voice, then no. If you're looking for NPC dialogue which can change, then just use their Friend Partner or complete more of their Client Orders. I'm not really sure what you're asking for.

Your own character's voice, I've seen other players characters speak out load in place of auto words

hmm..
after i change my char voice with the one from AC scratch, she became more actively speak..
maybe you should try one, on my experience the default voices are less active..
