Im not beeng able to log in

I hope im not posting this wen theres maintenace on pso2
recently i reeinstalled the game updated it with the update button but wen i try to login i get the 249 and sometimes the 242 error
I hope this isnt me getting an IP ban or anything

also wen i try to click on the update button it starts loading some number the i get a mesage and then the launcher opens

i will add an image soon

Did you fix the permissons thing?
Where are you from?
Do you have dynamic IP?

i just clicked on all exe and security and added my username
