Character Select Screen Crash!

-Sorry, I don't know english well-

I have VAIO SB36FK Notebook.
It has HD3000 / HD6470m (Dual Graphic)

PSO2 is running on HD3000 very well.

but turn the switch to HD6470m.
I can play at graphic level 1.
But i can't play at graphic level 2,3,4,5.

It crash at character select screen.

(It's korean.)

But.... HD 3000 and HD6470m 's graphic drivers are newest drivers.

So.....How I remove this Error

Can you run on max settings with HD3000?

Every Drivers are updated.
But I can't run that.

And I can play graphic level 5 at HD3000.
(Frame = 10)
