Can't get into the game (PSO2)

My friend keeps getting this error after he tries to run the game. I can't read the kanji parts so I'm screwed on that. I've searched for a while about this but since there is no error number it's really difficult. Anyone know how to get past this?

OK so I looked up the kanji and it basically says "There is an abnormality in the game program" so I told him to do a file check...

EDIT: OK so repatching the files worked! Nevermind sorry...

I am having this same issue, I tried redownloading the game, and deleting and reinstalling game guard and still same error. on a side note, I turned off all firewall also.
Game works on my other computer, any clue how to solve this?
