Tech. Crozier- Is the barta any good?

Is it high level? Like the foie on a hildecane?

In other words, should I get it in SoaB, or should I get the gun?

It's nice, but not something you should rely on.

Either way, I'd go with it instead of the gun, since it's much more difficult to find than the gun.

You can just get a Tech. Crozier from the Soul of the Blacksmith quest. They aren't that great since they boost no spells and the Barta is fairly low-leveled.
