Hey guys i have been having a lot of troubles with the "SEGA PC DOWNLOADER" for PSO2. Every time it stops at 12.9%.
I've tried closing it and reopening it and it will start to load again but after finally getting it to finish i actually get the installer but after i accept the terms of service and it shows a loading bar a pop up shows up and i'm forced to close the installer.
Need help.
