if you have a 195 mark3 can u use a genisis kit? it says mag lvl rq flucuate but what lvl should my char be to use it?

You should be able to use it. Just do it offline. This way if it does allow you to use the cell and it fizzles you can just reset your GC right after you use it. This is called soft reseting and it will not damage you file or make you lose any of you stuff.
