Lost pup in PSO2

Hi there guys, so I'm a noob, just started playing today, and uh...I'm just kinda wondering if anyone knows of any Ship and Block that have a pretty decent english community. I've done some looking myself, but either I'm in the wrong place or just at the wrong time. Can anyone help me? :<

Ships 2 and 10 on block 20. Ship 2 has the largest number of english speaking players and ship 10 has more of a close knit community.
