camera angle options

is there away to make it so the camera can rotate without it recentering

So far I know, by default options the camera keep the altitude you chose meanwhile you rotate it.
May be wrong, but is how it work in my copy of the game.

The default camera settings. Is the first option in every sub menu, when you enter in Camera Settings.
