I think I know why they are there... maybe... ST Has its anniversary some time, and online during that time, they add sonic, knuckles, eggman, tails, big? They are behind the counters.

They need to be loaded on the disk to display them, I believe.

This may sound ignorant but forgive me, I've tried to figure this out. How do you take snapshots anyway? I thought you could do it in game & all so please don't tell me I need my PC hooked up & cables & all that stuff (I don't know if I could afford that now). I'd like to know how I can do it though...& then to know how to post em. I've had some great moments on the DC & now GC versions that ppl would've loved to have seen. Btw Vulpes, you're the luckiest person I've ever seen. Would love to know how you can find such good stuff on a lower lvl char as that (my RAmarl is at your lvl too btw) though I have higher lvl chars. Anyone who could help me out, I'd much appreciate it. Thanks...

There's a few different methods available for grabbing snapshots and screenshots (two different things).

Snapshots are the in-game function. You simply plug a controller into the fourth slot and hold the L-trigger and press the A button to take pictures. The pictorial walkthrough is here...

Unfortunately there's no way to upload snapshots on the US version. You can use PSO Proxy if you have a BBA adapter (or a modem and a lot of patience and understanding of a PC registry). PSO Proxy and instructions can be found here...

Screenshots are a bit different. This is a PC function of actually grabbing an entire still screen image from the video. To do this you need what is commonly referred to as a video capture card. Basically any video/graphics card that has a built in TV tuner has the ability to be a video capture card. You have to be able to plug the video for a video game system into the video card. Just be aware that newer cards have better adapters and features.

I don't consider myself lucky, just patient. I basically set myself simple goals and work to achieve them. Like those pictures above, I wanted to get a Flowen's Shield and I didn't stop 'til I got it. Same with the Aura Field. The thing that I do suppose makes that a little bit lucky is that those were both on the first try with that character.

And as for finding good stuff with such a low level character, I rush through the earlier difficulties to get to the higher ones quicker. Higher difficulty means better stuff. That character fought and defeated Very-Hard Falz on level 39. All it really takes to survive is hit points. It took her a God/HP and a Dragon/HP but she survived and moved on.

Vulpes, I appreciate the help & advice. I will try taking snapshots but I don't think I'll be able to upload them (unless you know another way to help). I only have dialup on both my comp & my GC. I intend to get broadband for my comp but to set that up for my GC would be TOO expensive. Is there any way like from what I heard back on the DC that I could upload my pics on a site & then pick em up off that site & download them on my comp? I dont have a capture card (I WISH!) nor do I have BB (as I said). Any suggestions? Too bad you arent on Yahoo so I could msg ya. Oh well. Hope to hear from you soon. Btw what SectID do you have to be to find those 2 items as you did? I found a Sacred Cloth recently & isn't that 1 of the necessary items to MAKE an Aura Field?

Unfortunately, the only service for the GC is PSO Proxy. It would have been easier if Nintendo or some third-party had actually bothered to make a web browser for the GC (the DC version required the web browser).

Oran is the best for those two items.

Not the Sacred Cloth. It's the Spirit Garment combined with a Magic Rock "Moola".

So is there any way I could send you or someone else the pics to be posted? What can I do seeing as I dont know if I can work the proxy? HELP! LOL Thanks for the tips about the items...

Beyond lending someone your memory card to take screenshots or upload the images, you'd need some way to transfer them to your PC. It is possible to get PSO Proxy to work with a dial-up modem, but it's a real pain in the ass and I don't recommend trying it.
