Isnt their somesort or internationaly recognised law against that sort of thing?
hacking striaght into a computer networks not exactly the same as using a cheat device or dupe technique.

Against the law, and very against it too. You aren't paying for the demo, so no HL, no cost for the game, etc. Although you could only do F1, read the EULA in all PSO games.

According to sega- If you are caught using a cheat device to bypass any fee(s) assosiated with the game, you will be... etc etc.

Also, don't post the cheat here. You will get major warning, or insta-ban!
