How do I unlock Klotho's Client orders? He still doesn't give me client orders!

Complete Time Attack: Naberius (Normal) once to unlock his COs for there. Generally just do them in order and you should unlock the next location/difficulty (assuming you've been to Desert/Tunnels and Volcano/F.Continent for the other 2).

Do Dark Falz EQ missions. they pay out big, with the elder giving around 20k a pop on hard mode.
