Trouble logging in

Hey guys, don't be surprised if you don't know me, I've been gone a few years.

Anyway, I am trying to download and run PSO2, and I've gotten everything working up until they ask me to enter my SegaID. Upon entering what should be the correct information, I'm given a menu just like the attached picture and have no idea what to do with it. Would anyone be able to help me figure this out?

This is a new account that has recently been created right? It's asking for you to input an ID so that other players can identify you by.
