Unusual Game Error

Hi all. I've just finished installing and patching up PSO2 for the first time and every time I've tried to launch PSO2, it'll come up with error. I haven't seen any screenshots similar to my problem and I've tried to fix it myself but nothing has worked thus far.

I've got a Mac computer that runs VMware Fusion that has Windows XP Professional on it. Though I've read the specs and its all met the requirements so. If anybody could help, I'd appreciate it greatly.

Update: I've worked it out. It was the graphics and I thought I was saving the changed settings. Appears I didn't.
