If a player deletes his character and chooses to make a new one. Will all of the items/equip gained from that previous one be deleted? I feel like ive heard a rumor of it all going to storage for next character.

Anything in your storage stays there and is accessible by any character you make on the same ship. Items still in your inventory will get deleted with the character so make sure you put everything you want in storage.

Pretty sure those are character-locked. So if you've used them and then delete the character, they're gone.

What Magus said, they're locked to the character, not the account.
