Plagued by Moon Atomizer, Star Atomizer, Resta, Reverse, Rafoie not working because you own a Japanese DC but bought the US PSO? I too was a victim of mis-match region. Until now... I just got my DC-X from EB World, and boy do I love the sound of Rafoie firing off and nuke the living daylight out of some test dummy Boombas.
I haven't tried the Atomizers online yet, but having Rafoie for the first time is well worth the price for DC-X. Utopia boot disk doesn't work, I tried it.
Hope this helps some of you that are having the same problems as I was.
Anyone wanna be my test dummy for Reverse and Resta? I promise I wont treat you as I treated those test boombas.
