No video playing at all.

A friend of mine is having issues. The game can launch and sounds will play but there's no video at all. This is his specs:


64 x2 dual core processor 5200+
Directx9.0c
2 GB RAM
ati radeon hd 4300-4500
10 GB HDD space left

I suggested he didn't have enough HDD space but I want to know what you guys think.
