Choppiness

Hello, so im experiencing choppiness even though im getting 60-80 fps with mostly high settings
It looks like its running around 25-30 fps and not looking smooth.

im using virtual fullscreen display because at fullscreen i get screen tearing. I've tried several options in settings but it looks all the same.

anybody know the problem is?

im using windows 8 with
GPU: Radeon 7770 2gb
CPU: i5 3570 3.40ghz
10GB
at 1920x1080

use Radeonpro to fix screen tearing in full screen, although enjoy crashing randomly when alt tabbing due to gameguard.

Its choppy because you running in virtual, i get the same deal with just as a good computer.
