How do You get a soul bannish?

Hi, I already have the soul eater and I had heard that it can become a soul bannish. Is there any truth to this?

The two weapons, though they look identical, are two different weapons. Find one, and find the other. o_O

Back in v2, I found my Soul Banish from one of Dark Falz's boxes on VH. I was whitill. See if that helps. o_O
