Japanese text comes up during log in, game closes.

Wasn't sure where to post this..

Tried to log in (haven't played in a long time) and when I get to the Sega ID part (it shows my ID saved and I have to put the password) a box with Japanese text pops up and once I click it it just closes the game....wut.

I could take a snapshot if no one knows what this is, but it may be a well known thing...how do I fix this?

It might be the "Unexpected Error" box you're getting but do post a screenshot so someone can know what the error is.
