PSO EPI 1&2 (GC)Trial edition demo???

I've seen this pso item listed as a jp ava only deal so getting one isn't likely to be easy i'm hopeing someone here could at least tell what you could do with this demo...

For example
Characters options
Areas to visit
Weapons/Items/Techs
Quest
Was it online/offline or both
Did it have split screen
And any other info you might know

PS...I have searched

the web to find any info about this demo and couldn't find any
details at all/so i'm asking here where if anyone would something it would be a pso fan...

I hope to be able to answer your questions in time, but I'd like to point out this thread from when it was first available on another forum. Also, using the search feature may reveal a few threads and news topics available when it was announced and released, namely from LollipopLolita and Saladwood.
