how Do u get the Shop?

Yes, it's available. It can only be acquired as an S-rank prize for offline Challenge mode.

Anyway, it doesn't look like the Wok of Akiko's Shop is available at this time. In version 2 it was a quest item that was traded for badges. Dunno how it's going to show up in E1&2.
