Faces won't load?

Hello, I am trying to create my character and no faces are loading..there's just an empty space where the face should be..any fixes for this?

It seems to be an issue lately, but I haven't heard of any fixes. I would recommend downloading the Benchmark/Character Creator (http://pso2.jp/benchmark/) (last link on the page), then importing your finished character.
