I was just wondering if the sex of a newman affected the rate in which it would ragain it's TP. Does anyone know?

As far as I have seen, the only thing that affects the rate of anything regenerating is the amount of it that you have.

As an android, who regenerates HP, my rate is much faster now with 1245 HP, then it was with 60. I've known forces who say that it is true with their TP also. So if a FOnewearl has more TP then a FOnewm, then she will gain it faster. But a FOnewm has more TP then a HUnewearl, so he will regain his faster.

Not quite. It's not the total that effects regeneration, it's based purely on the character's level. For example: a level 1 FOnewearl will regenerate about 1 point every 5 seconds with default equipment. Give that FOnewearl a MAG with 150 MIND, a 4-slot Frame, and 4 God/Minds (adding 500 MST and 750 TP) and she will still regenerate TP at the same rate. But to answer the original question: no, there is no difference between the regeneration of females and males.

The same point made by Vulpes also applies to any Androids HP regeneration (if no one caught onto that).

I think, its one point every 3 seconds, and Androids, get HP back faster than Newmen get back TP, about 1 to 1 1/2 seconds faster.

I also believe that ST placed different caps for each of the classes in terms of their regeneration rates. However, from experience the rate for all classes caps at around level 120.
