Purchase problem

I just bought the 90 day premium pack for Pso2 and when i used the ticket nothing happened Does anyone know what happened or have a solution for this?

also i have tried logging out and back in, have checked my inventory, and the purchase is in my recent purchases yet the days are not added to my rental time for premium set.
