Looking for the Luminous Field

I just wanted to get a rough estimate on how many Tollaw my PINKAL FOmar has to kill to get the Luminous Field Armor? I did the Heat Sword Quest several times last night, I'm sure I may have to do it 100's of times more. I'd just like to get an estimate from those that have found it. Thanx

ive killed easily 2000 tollaws in soul of blacksmith quest and never found one but some people do say they find them half easily

I found 2 in one day after something like 30 HS runs... and since then doing many many more HS runs I have yet to see anymore. And IMHO it's the best armour for it's level. I am guessing Aura Field and Virus Wear are better but I am not there yet.

Will make both when I reach that level and find out.

O.k now I've done 25 Heat Sword Runs ( 1st floor only ) and these dam Tollaw's have not dropped the Luminous Field yet. Not only that but I have not found a single rare ( except 2 star Amplifiers from Hildetorr's with vanango ) from non-rare monsters? Is this a dry spell or what?
