XBox: Keyboard Adaptor?

I keep hearing about these, where can I find one?

I heard that they will be available on teh xbox.com website and only there, they will be free but you will be charged $7.95 or something for postage and packaging and apparently u can only use it for PSO

You can buy one from http://www.lik-sang.com now, or even make your own (like I did). Making your own is just a matter of cutting up extension cables and connecting them together.

What I am curious about is this. Since PSOX will not really need a KB, will we be able to do lobby animations another way? or will we just not be able to do any lobby animations? I will prolly get the KB adapter, but if I don't, will I still be able to dance???

I would assume so... Seeing as how MS is giving out coupons for "free"(if you don't count the 7 or so dollar shipping) USB Keyboard adaptors WITH PSOX.

I'd image it'd work with PSO, since it's identical the the USB cable that was included in the JP XBL beta kit (except the one in the XBL kit was orange).

I just talked to somebody at Xbox.com and they told me that the Adaptor was just a rumor....odd indeed o.O

MY QUESTION:
"I hear that your coming out with a USB Keyboard Adaptor, but I dont see it anywhere on the site, can you tell me anything about it?"

ANSWER:
"What you are asking about must be a rumor"

On another PSO site they're saying that u get a free on when you buy PSO.

Yah you get it free, but you have to pay for shipping. I'm pretty sure that the lik-sang adapter is for modded Xbox's so you can run whatever OS that is on the Xbox and be able to type that the info and what not.

yeah it is, but if they are interchangeable, i can get either one or the other or even both... as long as i know for sure that the lik-sang one works with pso...

I just found out that the adaptor on lik-sang does not support KBs its meant for USB modems.

Uhhh... no. It does NOT support USB modems, it supports USB keyboards and mice.
