Sega ID error

so the only thing stopping me from playing this game is the fact that i don't have a Sega ID and whenever i go to enter my email on the registration form it give me error (027) which Google translates as the severs being busy but ive been trying to sign up for one for the last 3 days at different times through out the day so iam not sure if it actually busy or if it's something else like where i live or the fact that i was using a Hotmail account for the email.

I believe that Hotmail has issues with the SEGA ID site. I might recommend making a gmail account and trying again.

I created my inital account with a hotmail address, things might've changed in the eight months of the games release.

From what I've heard, hotmail users frequently don't receive the emails from SEGA, and thus are the ones who tend to have big issues when they need things like authentication codes.
