Is arrestcannon a rare wep cause when u tech it, it is sometimes a gols wep and i can't equip it so i waz just wondering???????????

High level weapons can go "gold" when they have high level elements. A 5 star weapon, and a 4 star effect make it 9 star, and all 9-star weapons or higher will be written in yellow.

Ah, so that's the specific reason. I just thought if it was an item that could be teched with bonus grinds AND bonus stats as well as a special attack that would make it gold. I never do pay much attention to the star rating...
