PSO2 Crash (Unexpected Error)

What:
The game crashes and displays the 'an unexpected error has occurred' message.

When:
Right before the intro, sometimes right after. It black screens.

Specifics:
24 G Ram
39.1 G free space
Fully updated
Reinstalled (twice)
File check says up to date.
AMD 7870 Radeon
i7 processor
8 CPUs
AV is disabled
Firewall is disabled
UAC is disabled
I am the only user on this PC and the only Admin.

I have tested in the beta of the game and had the english patch at the time. I had uninstalled the game yesterday and reinstalled it. It gave me the posted error. So I uninstalled and deleted any files relating to the game myself. After reinstalling, I still had the error.

Any ideas?
