Assault riffle controls acting up?

Today I started experiencing my controls acting up. Every now and then when I try to use weak bullet I'll get the first shot off onto my target but after that it will start firing like it's the PA. So naturally when you switch weapons to stop it you lose the rest of your weak bullet you haven't used. I had this happen aleast 2 or 3 times today.

Has anybody else have the same issue?

I'm still experiencing this problem. I can't believe nobody else is experiencing this as much as it's been happening to me.
