S-BEATS ARM???

Yesterday I found S-Beats arm in the mines on V-Hard, but I dont know what to do with it. I brought it to a Tekker, and he said I had no unknown items, even though it has "???" before it. If anyone knows how I use it, it would be greatly appreceated.

The S-beat arms can be transformed into the very cool s-beats blades. You have to do it in an offline quest. I can't remember exactly how, but if you check around the web I'm sure you'll find the answer.

in DR.Osto's Research you should see a FOnewm just give them to him.

You do have to complete the 'doc's secret plan' quest before you can do this, and it is quite difficult to find him after that.. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_mad.gif so you'll most likely have to beat all the quests before you can convert them, in a quest where he appears, like the unsealed door
