Rare drops and Time Attack Quests

Do they just happen more or was I just super lucky on my AM run last night?

I got a bunch of duplicates of the rifle I already have (not better tho), high star weapons I don't need, and this launcher I've wanted since I started H mode with shoot II Spirita I and Stamina II.

In all else, this never happens outside of those moments where I'm in the field and everyone is in the field and Cross Burst + Random Events happen always. But that's more rare for me than drops themselves ^^;

So yeah, time attack quests, what's the deal?

It's completely random. RNG.

I just heard that AQ's or something like that yield higher cool drops, so I was wondering if the same/similar applied.

I guess the RNG gods just smiled upon me that day.

Well, AQs have lvl 56+ monsters and have more boosted enemies. They have higher drop rates of the same items in VH mode. VH mode has a higher drop rate than hard mode if you were searching for something like a ティグリドル（Ｔｉｇｒｅｄｏｒ） which drop from hard mode Dagan, etc.
