i tried watching a vid of where it should be, but i dont have that in the vita version. Do i need to progress through the game a bit??

You don't. Vita version doesn't have the "Exit" tab on the bottom, so try one option down.

The option should have アイテムコード in it I think, although I don't know the actual name.
