Howdy, folks! This topic is to serve as a hub of information for the PSO2 Roleplaying Community. Here you can find a listing of RP-focused Teams, a notice of upcoming roleplaying events, and general communication between players that share a common interest. All Ships are welcome, and each listing will designate its corresponding Ship. This thread will be updated regularly, so if you would like us to add your Team or Event to this opening post, just let us know!

Our events are usually held on Block 30, in the Red Lounge. I usually try to be in the red lounge on Block 30 during the times when I'm not really doing anything.

Don't worry too much about that. Much of the RP group had made another account or bought another character slot to RP in other Ships.

Also acts as a prelude to this plot arc starting in December.


The following applies to all players/characters that has read this message.

You recall a strange dream you’ve had a few nights ago. What was unusual about this particular dream wasn’t what occurred within, but how you could clearly recall the memory down to the last detail, as if it was something that really happened.

What you dreamt of was a dimly lit area with nothing but a dark, eerie fog covering the ground. It was so thick that you couldn’t see your feet when you looked down. Up above were the stars that blanket the night sky, sparkling above your head. You felt as if the stars are watching your every action, silently judging you. Ahead were sounds of a conflict taking place, along with two shadows dancing around in the distance. You decided to walk forward, as if drawn towards the battle.

As you step forward, the two shadows began to emit flashes of light as they clashed with one another, for a brief moment, you were able to discern who the combatants were. One was a large, shadowy demon with glowing crimson eyes while the other was a petite girl with long flowing chestnut brown hair. Her pink tunic stands out from under her dark blue armor as she prepared herself for another strike.

The girl silently charged forward, her white greaves suddenly turning into a blur. Her steps were quick and light as she ran towards the demon, undaunted by its size and figure. With a grunt, she thrust her blade forward, aiming at the demon’s chest. Her sword quickly struck the demon’s heart with a flash of light, as if a lightning bolt shot out of the girl’s arm.

The demon’s roar reverberates throughout the entire area. It grasped its chest in pain and began to stumble backward from the impact of the girl’s attack. Its body slowly began to disperse, blending in with the dark and foggy area.

You look around, wondering if the girl was successful in vanquishing the demon. Your gaze turned to the girl as she finally noticed you, she waved at you smiling indicating that she was alright. You let out a breath of relief, allowing the tension from your body to melt away before walking towards the girl.

Suddenly, the fog began to converge towards the girl. She let out a shriek before the black fog consumed her whole. As you watched her body slowly disappear and disperse within the fog, two figures ran up from behind you, both their swords at the ready. One was a woman with short brown hair with the exception of a light blue highlight. She was dressed mainly in red, her red bracelet standing out in particular. The other figure appeared to be an older man with a sword just as large as the woman’s.

Both figures swung their swords forward in an attempt to save the girl, however their blades harmlessly sliced through the fog. The fog expanded in response, both figures sharing the fate of the girl and being consumed by the fog.

You began to take a couple steps back, fearful of the dark fog coming for you next. However, just as the last two, more figures began to appear only to suffer the same fate as the girl. One was a short-haired man with brown hair wearing a white jacket. Another was a blond haired girl that had a pig-tail tied off to one side, also wearing red. After her was a Duman woman with long black hair with a beautiful blue rose being used as a pin. Each time they appeared you warned them of the girl's fate and each time you witness them being consumed and disintegrating within the fog.

You began to run away from the fog as it began to rapidly expand, consuming even the stars. Your eyes rapidly scan the dark area to search for some sort of safe haven, however the area seemed to be as boundless and as empty as a desert. You notice that the fog is quickly closing the distance, it appears that running away would be fruitless.

You quickly spin around and ready your weapon, narrowing your eyes. If running away isn’t an option then the only one would be to stand your ground and fight it off, even if you’ll suffer the same fate as those who came before you. The black fog roared as it quickly overtakes you, not even giving you a chance to react.

Inside the fog, everything was dark and cold. You watch helplessly as the darkness began to encroach upon your body…devouring you.

“Die.”
“You must suffer like we did.”
“Why did this happen?”
“Couldn’t someone have done something about this?”
“Why did you fail us?”
“You ran away, you coward!”
“Why did you let them die?!”

You felt as if the fog itself was made out of something purely malicious. So many emotions and thoughts began to invade your mind as if pushing your mental self out. The darkness spread to your torso and your vision is fading, losing yourself to the maddening effects of the fog. That’s when a voice bellowed out through the fog.

“Child of the stars. Which path will you walk?”

You look up towards the direction of the voice, and notice a tiny, lone star shining through the fog.

“Will you tie yourself down to the past, shaping your ideals based on past events? Running the risk of never stepping forward of your own resolve?”

You reach out to the lone star with your right hand as the darkness rapidly spreads to your chest. Beginning to feel desperate.

“Or will you set your gaze towards the future, your ideals fixated on a single and pure dream? Running the risk of being unable to step back should you lose it all?”

The darkness spread to your neck, beginning to strangle you as the voices within the darkness grew louder and frenzied.

Your hand remains outstretched towards the star as the darkness encroaches on your face. The voices continued to grow louder and violent until you are completely consumed. Then…the voices stop.

You feel yourself slowly losing consciousness, unsure whether or not you yourself are beginning to dissolve into the darkness like the others. You heard the voice echo one last time.

“I have one more question for you, Child of the stars:”

“Who are you?”

Before you are lost to the dark, you open your mouth and speak the words:

“…I am…”

…It is here where you wake up from the dream, shaking and covered in sweat. Naturally, you dismiss it as a nightmare and roll back to sleep.

The stars that blanket the universe, silently shining their light across time and space, await your answer.



“…Go forth, Children of the stars. Show me your answers…with your actions.”
