Problem with launching PSO2

Trying to press "Play" button and nothing happens... (PSO2 Launcher menu disappears)

Benchmark is working pretty good...I really don't know why I have these errors and why the game is not working -_-



If I want to use "pso2" icon to launch a game, it's not possible (it's says that I haven't got rights to open this file but I'm running it as administrator)
