Trouble downloading

ok so i have been up all night trying to get this game up and running, but ive ran into a brick wall, this patcher thing downloads slower then anything i hhave seen in all of my days. so when i went to sleep to let it download, i woke up to it saying it couldnt be downloaded properly.

patching can take a long time depending on your internet connection. last I looked, a first time update was almost 9GB.
